Until Richo gets the sack we are an ordinaly football team
I hate to say it about the team I love.
But we are an ordinary football team at best whilst Richo is at the helm
And it makes me f****** mad as the club makes it supporters watch this crap
WTF!!!!!!!

What rubbish to blame Richo.
With at least 4 or 5 players not good enough and the better ones with after effects from illness, Clarkson wouldn’t have done better.

Richo has had 6 years to get it right. What has he done to prove he can coach?
Name one thing!

I'm afraid, despite all the changes to the list and the coaching staff, we're still producing the same rubbish...there's a constant amongst all the change, I don't think it's rubbish to point it out. I've been 50/50 when it comes to Cho in recent times, but I think its obvious we have a real problem here.

it's clear as anything that the side is not being coached well.
Our forward pushes are pathetic..no system.no thought of sideway movement or switching.close the eyes and kick and hope.
our kicking for goal is beyond pathetic..any decent coach would have that drilled into those players and would see improvement over 5 f%$%$#g years

The whole club was ordinary today, to just blame Alan is unfair. Several players were not fit and many were left out for the same reason also. As bad as the side was, illness played a massive part - especially when you play in 30 degree heat.

Posters that have admitted they were wrong about Hanna's gastro and the club didn't create a cover story.

Re: Until Richo gets the sack we are an ordinaly football team
should we renew his contract and give him another three years?
what was that thing again about the definition of insanity?
Keep doing the same thing and expect a different outcome
I'll say it again

Garbage. He is the guy in charge. Nothing has happened while hes been there. You cant deny the facts. Have a look at his win/loss ratio. It says it all!tedtheodorelogan2018 wrote: ↑Sun 02 Jun 2019 6:19pm The whole club was ordinary today, to just blame Alan is unfair. a few years ago, we got monstered by the Hawks by over 100 points.
Tony74 came on here explaining that most of the guys had the flu...Stuv hadn't even been able to train that week.
It wasn't official public knowledge, just from an ITK.
This club is seriously substandard.

Re: Until Richo gets the sack we are an ordinaly football team
It's just so terribly sad, that some on here simply cannot recognise the reality that team motivation stems from the coach and the energy come from team morale, that is supported by everyone around them. They have been so flat for weeks, and lucky to even beat Carlton. It's totally pathetic!
This is a team game and there is no room for individuals who think they are above walking through the fire.

This is a culmination of years of ordinary football with no discernible improvement.tedtheodorelogan2018 wrote: ↑Sun 02 Jun 2019 6:19pm The whole club was ordinary today, to just blame Alan is unfair. We were ordinary last week, too and we won that game.
Our skills are among the worst in the league and our goal kicking has been deplorable for most of his tenure.
It was interesting that he was on the bench for the second half. He looked like a spectator and it suited him.

Motivation is one thing ... quality is quite another.
We are a blue colour team with the worst midfield.

Re: Until Richo gets the sack we are an ordinaly football team
My issue with the club maintaining Richo as senior coach is we have shown we cant attract quality players with him in charge. He has a dour personality and that shows in his coaching philosophies. Even if we had a superior list he has shown he is a poor match day coach and gets out coached regularly by his contemporaries. I wasnt a fan of sacking him mid year but with the North & Carlton jobs unfolding the clubs needs to get on the front foot. Time to go Richo!

I am not sure what these admirable qualities and coaching philosophies of Richo's even are ... Someone please inform us all!

Totally agree with you. They look jaded. I heard Nathan Brown mention after the Carlton game that they played ‘Saints Footy’ as though that’s an actual thing. Collective delusion.mbogo wrote: ↑Sun 02 Jun 2019 6:28pm It's just so terribly sad, that some on here simply cannot recognise the reality that team motivation stems from the coach and the energy come from team morale, that is supported by everyone around them. The players have no choice about the management structure they have to perform under. They look totally uninspired.
