Votes v Suns
I’m still watching the first quarter but surely someone is ready.

Re: Votes v Suns
Home from the game now, watched the last few minutes on replay as well and I’ll go out on a limb.
5. Baroose. Thank God you’re back.
4. Man of Steele. Tackling machine
3. Newnes. Yes, Newnes. Showed poise and hit forward targets lace out.
2. Stuv. Underdone but tried his guts out. Penalised by bizarre umpiring
1. Parker. Lifted the whole team (and the stadium) with the second third and fourth effort round the goals.
Apologies to Seb and great effort by the undersized backs. Joyce’s spoil on 2M Peter in the last minute or so was a ripper, Wilkie couldn’t stop marking the pill.

Can we name more than five like this?

Parker looked fantastic in 1st half especially.

Re: Votes v Suns
I guess that means Sainter Dad won't be adding in your numerical votes?

I don't think so , Avid. Sainter Dad allocates 15 points, so I would think he would allocate 3 points to each of those 5 players.
My votes .
5. Steven.
4. Steele
3. Bruce
2. Battle
1. Parker

Re: Votes v Suns
5. Jack Steven - watched him closely today. Every time he was off the ground we struggled out of the middle. His impact in there is pivotal. He doesn't play today we lose.
4. Josh Bruce - welcome back. Just an all round solid game, and a crucial mark to save us.
3. Jack Steele - never said die. Quiet to start but kept fighting and made an impact.
2. Matty Parker - what a great debut! Finally some excitement and to be honest found myself really excited every time he went near it. I've missed that.
1. Seb Ross - i feel like he's a bit underrated on here at times. Some say he's slow when he has the ball but to me it's composure, i like it when the has the ball in his hands.

Re: Votes v Suns
Billings easily in the best. 28 touches. Plus Newnes who is back.
Posters that have admitted they were wrong about Hanna's gastro and the club didn't create a cover story.

Re: Votes v Suns
If Steele was best on ground according to you, maybe change the order of the numbers
You may need to clarify your votes
