Re: Our ‘manic pressure’ gameplan
Time for a new coach. After five years, TMBK ain't going to Shane now.
"Is this the right room for an argument?"
"I told you once."
"No, you didn't."
"Yes, I did."
"Listen, an argument isn't just the automatic gainsaying of anything the other person says, it's a series of statements designed to support a particular conclusion."
"No, it isn't."
"Oh, I've had enough of this."
"No you haven't"
"Oh shut up."

Re: Our ‘manic pressure’ gameplan
Agree, our game hasn’t developed, none of our players have really really flourished under him. They still look rushed and part of that is because they are obviously instructed to ‘go go go’ all the time. We have some good players, but our game plan is shithouse, we are too easy to defend against, too easy to rebound against.

As ex-president Peter Summers said:
“If we are going to be a contender, we may as well plan to win the bloody thing.”

This! The effort is there from the players. We need to play smarter.

Words our players can understand.
The more you know, the more you know you don't know.
When I was a young child, I knew that I knew so much about so much.
Now that I am old and know so much more, I know that I know so much about so little, and so little about so much.

You are not going to lose your job to AI.
You are going lose your job to somebody who uses AI.
Your company is not going to go out of business because of AI.
Your company is going to go out of business because another company used AI.

Re: Our ‘manic pressure’ gameplan
If our game plan revolves around "manic pressure" then we are failing to execute it… we are 13th for tackles per game and our forward line barely lays a tackle between them.

Re: Our ‘manic pressure’ gameplan
This is AFL. Every sides tries and puts on pressure. You cant rely only on pressure and think the opposition will just wilt. This is the AFL ffs.
The difference is skills under pressure and game plan.
Our coach is a moron.
