On the contrary I think she's the one behind it all. It smells of her sensing a PR opportunity as soon as Murphy explained to her why he spat at Carlisle and insisting that he did something about it.

Murphy's post match comments were actually bizarre and ill advised. Then his Press Release on Monday extraordinary and the pouring of petrol on a smouldering ember. Let's forget the St Kilda FC or Jake Carlisle for a moment. It hasn't been great for Murphy, Carey has shone a big light on Murphy's private life and quite frankly has been far from credible. Then somehow what has appeared on that Wankfest they call social media for 18 months is somehow the fault of the St Kilda players!

In the meantime a blogger (who is reliant on as many hits as possible) is getting a s*** load of sympathy and publicity. Not because microphones (that shouldn't be on the field of play anyway) picked something up, but because her husband blurted it out in defence to spitting at an injured opponent. And because Wayne Carey decided to clear up a rumour circulating in Twitland for 18 months and being really unconvincing about it.

If you read the daily mail article you will see that she hasn't even commented on this at all, the quotes are lifted from an old herald sun article. That's what the daily mail does, uses a controversial topic to recycle old quotes and throw some pics in to make a new story, without having to have any new content.

On the comment that I should be blaming the media for this and that most comments here have been aimed at the journalists reporting on this, I agree that they have done a pretty average job, but I have also seen comments on this site that are either still here or since edited by mods like:
- she is just a footy sl*t
- she probably tastes like Wayne Carey
- she has orchestrated the whole thing because she is a blogger
- Murphy should have known better than to marry her, as girls like that are ones you just f**k and get rid of.
