RYAN GRIFFIN WANTS OUT
With Ryan Griffin wanting to go to GWS, the Bulldogs would want adequate compensation. This would probably involve Pick 4. This should surely help us to keep pick 1 but make it harder to get 3 picks under 23? Peoples' thoughts?

I have heard that Griffen has hired Slater to sue Bulldog president Gordon for defamation of character.

The Dogs already have pick 6, if they get pick 4 from GWS would you trade pick 1 and 22 for picks 4 and 6 ?rodrocket wrote:With Ryan Griffin wanting to go to GWS, the Bulldogs would want adequate compensation. I want to keep Petracca. 2 picks not enough. 3 under 22 very tempting though

Gotta feel for the Doggies on this one. Cooney, now Griffen, Harbrow and Ward ...
The Swans have their DNA all over this one. No wonder the AFL stepped in.

What if they can't do a deal with GWS and he still wants out.
Do we pick him up in the PSD?
It's a big slap in the face when your captain wants to leave.

If not traded, don't think he can go anywhere unless delisted. He has another year on his contract.
Re: RYAN GRIFFIN WANTS OUT
Why's is it a rabble Matrix?
All I've heard is Macca tells them the truth and they can't take it.
Head wobblers that date back to the Darcy and co days IMHO.
Sick of these player mutinies.
Suck it up and leave it to the board.

Ours wanted to, according to some...if Scott had stayed.SaintPav wrote:What if they can't do a deal with GWS and he still wants out.

That's why Ed was into him, he'd heard rumbles.

Re: RYAN GRIFFIN WANTS OUT
Hope you are not comparing Scott Watters being sacked compared to the captain of a club, telling club legends and the coach everything was OK, then going behind their back without their knowledge to deal with an opposition team and do the dirty on the club.SainterK wrote:Ours wanted to, according to some...if Scott had stayed.SaintPav wrote:What if they can't do a deal with GWS and he still wants out.

If you know ANYTHING what was happening at Seaford prior to Watters being sacked, you would desist in tis type of inference.
It was not just players, but other coaches, training staff, admin and probably a plethora of others who would have left if Watters stayed.
He, like any player is not bigger than the club. Please know some actual fact before you once agin slander our players.
It is tiresome

I have no desire to enter this debate at all....
But surely the 12 month statutory limitation or contractual non-disparagement period has now past on Watters and people can let it all out what he was doing wrong ?

Re: RYAN GRIFFIN WANTS OUT
He did nothing wrong - it was all the players fault. They run the club, Watters was a star and a victim of Riewoldt, Joey, Lenny, and Sneids and the player mafiaCon Gorozidis wrote:Bunk_Moreland wrote:

I'm sure Mr Galbally will advise him to omit the chapter about ed's tongue. I doubt that Luke will bring the subject up in his book.SainterK wrote:Depends who you ask.satchmo wrote:Heard the rumbles, or commissioned them?SainterK wrote: That's why Ed was into him, he'd heard rumbles.

Its a rabble whether it's players or coaches K.
I've heard the coach isn't too great on a few fronts and players felt confused.
Whatever it is...It seems like rabbleness.

No wonder Aker left. He was there to win and 'Johnno' shot him down for it. Despite his good guy persona, the bloke comes across as a right arsehole who was head of a rather crappy unsuccessful table.
In the end, they are all a bunch of whinging little soft receivers that are getting slaughtered by a new coach.
The Dogs will be fine and this will speed up the rebuild.
If the club was somehow able to get pick 4, 6 and 7 with an early second round pick...win.

I've heard seniors guys don't given younger players time of day, not sure what's true.matrix wrote:Its a rabble whether it's players or coaches K.

I'd trade him, and land a big forward.
Just read its more about his desire to escape the rat race, and be obscure.
