Negatives
Only two blokes I want to question.
Roberton way down on last years efforts and Savage just miles off the pace .
Looks completely lost out there.
Serious question marks over these two at present.
Apart from that we had 20 warriors absolutely busting their ass today

Re: Negatives
Thought Jimmy was ordinary
Gilberts kicking was atrocious
Jones kicking was as bad as Gilberts.
Roberton not in great form
Savage should have got a wake up getting the vest. Tried hard but not up to it ATM.
Oh Hickey i a gumby and should be murdered

Lance or James??
There comes a point in every man's life when he has to say, "Enough is enough." For me, that time is now. I have been dealing with claims that I cheated and had an unfair advantage in <redacted>. The toll this has taken on my family, and my work for <redacted>and on me leads me to where I am today – finished with this nonsense. (Oops just got a spontaneous errection <unredacted>)

I dont have any, i thought they put the body in when the body was required. It was a fare display of footy, at least they were having a crack.
When we go up against the top sides our weakness's will become more apparent.

Re: Negatives
Agree Roberton has not continued his good form last year, Gilbert was playing with a sore foot for half the game.
Gwilt, poor first half, but thought he lifted in the second and was good.
Any win is now appreciated, according to some, we have won 2 more games than was expected.

Re: Negatives
Thought Mumford and Giles were fairly prominent?
Defence were undersized and exposed by Giles...
Fumbling by Gilbert, Gwilt was concerning , even though they battled hard,
GWS should have won....
Savage, just panicked with each disposal, off the pace....
Roberton just struggling for form and position.... Gilbert and him? Do we need two 6'4" flankers!
Beau and Rhys still devoid of confidence ...... Just need to break the shackles and attack the game? Rhys did it once.
Some of the turnovers, out of the back half were horrible
More positive the negatives though....

Re: Negatives
ok, was at the game loved it....was on level 2 but wished i was on level one
kicking was the main one for me.. really un did a lot of good work. bar that... was very happy with the team. Hickley played a great game Roo Lenny what can i say.. when the GWS went up like that in the third i thought that was it they will run over us and fllog us... but no the team dug in showed some thing and won it.
another top effort by the Saints... now i can tell you this the GWS really throught they had this one they never gave in.. all game they kept it coming...

Re: Negatives
Many positives, we can see the future and it looks bright.
The only negative, is the reality that we have beaten the only two teams who finished below us last year, not that I'm letting that get me down as I have accepted a year with only a few successes on the field.
However, these were two games I said we could win this season and we have.
Biggest positives, were probably going to be two games ahead of both the scum and filth after this week.

Re: Negatives
agree Mullet,
and this GWS team is nothing like the 2013 team. that was a decent outfit we beat today.

Re: Negatives
I'm sorry, Giants should have won?!? Which game were you at. We won most if not all the important stats today. They had two dominant periods of about ten minutes each in the whole match, as did we. The difference was our experienced players were better than theirs out there this afternoon. They were very good, no doubt, but did not deserve to win. The better side on the day won. 'Nuff said.BigMart wrote:Thought Mumford and Giles were fairly prominent?

Agree with your comments re: Maister and Stanley though. Cannot play both of them in the same side.
