Surely we'd have to be at least having a decent look at him.

Would rather Tuck (even as a rookie) over a few currently on the list.

Pelchen has drafted him once before...left footer 8-)

Imagine the likes of Caro if we recruited him and he mucked up again, he'd be a victim of our "culture" blah, blah, blah.

Weller, Weller, Weller we can't draft em all, we've got to give the other clubs a chance to load up their lists, tell em to give Eddie a call, Nathan's on a GOP fest, Tuck would fit right in there.

How many defenders will The Saints pick in the 2024 draft ?

Sounds like he'd be a great rookie pick

well his brother and father both played their best footy at relatively older ages... would be good AFL player...

Dont some people here have the courage to want new players who have never played AFLto be at our club. Some always seem to want ex AFL or unproven AFL but listed listed AFL players at our club. In our current situation a punt on new players should be the way to go considering we already have many from other clubs this year.

Don't panic plugger. We only have 3 picks #3,#19 & #20. We aint gunna use any of them on re-cycled players !!

All of the AFL stars were once untried inexperienced players

No drams Rookie listing a bloke like this. 25 years old 190cm 90kg ball winnning mid. Could easily play 100 senior games as he can clearly play.

No dramas trying to get the next Milne or geary surely. Forget this guy even as a rookie.

Cant see the issue really there are 4 spots if he is best available take him. 25 is hardly throw out material.

But we know what we are getting. we are in a position to take the punt on young kids. We will finish bottom 3 anyway so why go the safe option.

Does that mean we cant take a bloke that will play in our seniors all things going to plan? Seems odd that you wouldnt do that.

I agree - we still can get as many kids as we can fit on the list - I'd swap this guy for Shenton - who came in mature age and still isn't doing anything

Because Cousins was still doing gear thats why we pulled out. From what everyone is saying Travis is over his depression and is back on track. Everyone deserves a 2nd chance.

2- how do we know Travis is clean? Second chance, he was a three strike policy victim....

The word is "WAS" The kid suffered depression and hit the drugs. Should the WB have got rid of Libba?

A long time ago, but Travis was at Berwick SC when I worked there... In Y8...

He was a terrible student, and had an aweful attitude towards school and teachers, many wanted him booted. He was only a young boy then, but It didn't surprise me when he got in strife... Hopefully he has matured. But I wouldn't be risking drafting him.... Not worth it as he ain't much chop anyway.
