BJ ; the scandal king ?
Is bj unlucky ?
Was going to carlton , Salary cap scandal took care of that
10 years at saints , 1 knee reco , 3 GF runners up , 1 school girl scandal
1 year at bombers , essendope
IF he stays they may not challenge for a flag in the next 3 years !

Re: BJ ; the scandal king ?
Oh well,
He made his choice to go to the Bombers, he probably thought Hird was the messiah, history might show he unknowingly got it completely wrong.
He dumped the Saints in pursuit of what HE wanted, care factor for BJ in 2013, zilch.

How many defenders will The Saints pick in the 2024 draft ?

Missed, brother in jail, Milne rape allegations, Lovett debacle, nude photos of skipper and little Nicky Dal, coach sackings and walking outs! All the time BJ was still pointing!

Re: BJ ; the scandal king ?
A North mate sat behind the Bombers bench last weekend. Said to me tonight they're farked, infighting everywhere when they came off to the bench.
Then said he couldn't believe the way BJ paid out on these junior players, full on F and C's dropped all over the place...he was surprised and thought it may have been the current stresses
I said he would do the same to Roo or Lenny...

I feel sorry for him.
I think he'll have grounds to get out of his contract and go to the highest bidder.
This stuff dates back long before he arrived.
Up until they stuffed with his head, he was having a really good year.
Someone will take him for sure.

Probably he'll go to Freo and win a flag there.SainterK wrote:I feel sorry for him.

If Essendon is deregistered for a year or two the players might be free to play at other clubs. Don't know how they'll manage it and it wouldn't pay to sign any on contracts as they might yet be suspended by WADA.

I notice he didn't retweet anything last night as opposed to the night before.

They'll also have to take his price tag of $850,000pa for 2014-15-16. Will he be worth $850,000 in 2016? !!SainterK wrote:I feel sorry for him.

If it wasn't so tragic (BJ's relationship with success, and with us) it would be funny

Kosi was on Before The Game recently and they asked him about
BJ when he had a tear up after Saints vs Bombers.
His reply was, He has just realised he has left ball his mates.
BOOM BOOM.
I betcha he is wishing he had of stayed with us

Re: BJ ; the scandal king ?
What grounds would he have to get out of his contract? He hasnt been jabbed within an inch of his life. I'm sure it wasnt written in his contract that they must give himSainterK wrote:I feel sorry for him.

a premiership. He has no grounds to get out of his contract. The other players who were used as human guinea pigs sure as hell would.
Now we all know why he was really crying early in the year.
As if he wants to walk out on a $850000 pa salary. Thats enough to pay one of hirdy's lawyers ..... for a week
Re: BJ ; the scandal king ?
Because they knew this was coming, but still recruited him.
I reckon it would be easy as.

Re: BJ ; the scandal king ?
He can't get out of his contract. I think he could end up returning to us though. I have a feeling that in a few years when the rest of the Roos, Dal Santos and Joeys have gone, he may return to the club. He made a massive mistake in my book and would have been better served to have gone to GWS for a multitude of reasons. I think he may do his block, especially if Essendon do get to play finals as they will have to probably play a rampaging Richmond desperate for a good showing after three and a bit decades in the wilderness. It is going to get ugly.
Your friendly neighbourhood samurai.
