which youngster is your favourite Future Star
Loving the media and latest video updates on the Saints website
Looks like they've revamped a few sections within 'The Team' page and there's a new competition to name your favourite young player. Here's the blurb and the link follows
To help highlight the development of the Saints 'next generation', we want you to tell us which youngster is your favourite Future Star.
The player who comes out on top will become the face of our 2014 'New recruit' membership card.
And, just for entering, you'll go into the draw to win a 2013 Saints guernsey, signed by your favourite Future star as well as Captain Nick Riewoldt and Head Coach Scott Watters.

Lance or James??
There comes a point in every man's life when he has to say, "Enough is enough." For me, that time is now. I have been dealing with claims that I cheated and had an unfair advantage in <redacted>. Over the past three years, I have been subjected to a <redacted>investigation followed by <redacted> witch hunt. The toll this has taken on my family, and my work for <redacted>and on me leads me to where I am today – finished with this nonsense. (Oops just got a spontaneous errection <unredacted>)

These guys excite me because you can see they each have the potential to become house hold names. Time will tell.

Webster.
I like all of them. Not sure if they'll all be any good though.

Jack Newnes will be our future skipper. Love the way Wright, Ross and Webster are looking.

I'm pretty excited about Spencer White.
Will be interesting to watch him develop and hopefully he turns out to be a gun like we all hope him to be.

I'm trying not to blow my load over Whitey yet. I like to see them play at least a season of good VFL before declaring them a certainty but I have been excited since the day we got him. My Tigers mate reckons he's the best player in the draft on pure talent and he watched him play TAC live on several occasions as his nephews played TAC.
He said he will do more in 15 minutes than most do in a whole game but if he can get 30 minutes even at AFL level he said he could be like Buddy, Plugger and Adam Goodes rolled into one. He actually called up Richmond's recruiters during the year to get him looked at. said he makes you just smile watching him and will be a marketing bonus for the future.
Giant forwards with super talent seem to have been a saints specialty. Lockett and Hall were marquee players and Rooey is an icon.

Newnes is super composed and solid but not flashy the thing I love about Wright is his speed and silk. He's flashy but has common sense.
We actually have a fairly nice list of kids to choose from these days. All have pretty solid claims.

Re: which youngster is your favourite Future Star
So far the ones to me who show the right attributes to play consistent senior footy are Newnes, Wright, Webster, Dunnell and maybe Saunders. Ross needs to show bit more yet before I'm convinced he is up with some of the other young midfielders in the comp. I was wondering if Ferguson could be developed into FF?
