Kosi vs Tom Lee
Hmmm....
Lee isn't ready yet. May be a chance for Kosi still?

Not up to the speed yet. Needs to back his marking not take it on his chest. Do the basics.

Re: Kosi vs Tom Lee
Tom Lee currently looks like a very dud No 12 draft pick. I hope he can get into the pace of the game a bit. I mean they are going at 10%.
As ex-president Peter Summers said:
“If we are going to be a contender, we may as well plan to win the bloody thing.”

Re: Kosi vs Tom Lee
We also have Roo, Stanley and Beua. Kosi gives us good depth.saintspremiers wrote:Hmmm....

Lee does not look ready and may be more a future than current player. However he is getting to the right places. Just needs to snag some marks.
Beaue played very well today, and also finished 2012 well as well.
We have good depth. One plus is that we ca use Siposs in BJ's role rather than needing to play him as a third tall.

Re: Kosi vs Tom Lee
You can't really judge yet, he hasn't been anywhere near it.
He's competing in the air with Maister, and at ground with Saad, Milne, Milera, TDL. Has to make a spot for himself.

Re: Kosi vs Tom Lee
I think Kosi played better than Tom Lee, and he wasn't even on the ground. But, we'll see. At least we have another ruckman with the other Tom.

First goal to Lee. From roving rather than marking...

It's NAB cup, it's his first real hitout with the club...
How about we just see how these 'praccy' games play out.

Thought Steven was one of the others to show a bit...some really nice ball winning out of the centre. Hope he has a good year.bigcarl wrote:I thought he was one of the few to show a bit in the second game

Re: Kosi vs Tom Lee
Assuming Watters goes with three talls and a ruck, there's two spots between Hickey, Kosi, Lee, Maister and Stanley. There's a decent chance neither Kosi nor Lee plays round one.
Yeah nah pleasing positive
Re: Kosi vs Tom Lee
lee played better when allowed up the ground....
kosi cant leave the goal square... bless his socks

Yes I thought the same thing.paddy wrote:lee played better when allowed up the ground....
Tom Lee did look a lot better as the third forward up the ground, rather than as a key target.

Re: Kosi vs Tom Lee
Barry lawrence recruited as a forward, did little till he went back got confidence up and then played either end.
Too early to call on Lee.
