Harvs fist pumping on Anzac Day
Whilst I'm happy Harvs is no longer a coach with us, seeing him do a fist pump in full
Filth gear in the coaches box after a Pies goal is revolting to see.
Yes, he's just doing his job and he is Filth at the moment, it's not a good look for us Saints fans.

Agree
That was when the 4th umpire paid that goal.
It was a sickening sight.
Hopefully it was just a charade and deep down he was hating it?

You would hope that any assistant coach, regardless of where he played his footy, is pumped when his current team wins a game.
He's at Collingwood now. They're paying his wages and he's trying to do a great job.
Get over it.
Re: Harvs fist pumping on Anzac Day
yeah, i cannot believe he left the club even though we didn't want him any more. he should have stayed for free.saintspremiers wrote:Yes, he's just doing his job and he is Filth at the moment, it's not a good look for us Saints fans.

Re: Harvs fist pumping on Anzac Day
I know its almost heresy, but I am over Robert Harvey as an assistant coach. An absolute LEGEND of the game as a player, and a true legend of our club, but "that" Robert Harvey retired in 2008. He went to Carlton as an assistant almost before the fans had time to draw breath at his retirement. Now he's at Collingwood, well good luck to the man. I honestly couldn't give a continental if an assistant coach at collingwood enjoys a win, and thats all he is to me in 2012.
St Kilda forever ( God help me)
Re: Harvs fist pumping on Anzac Day
Fact Robert Harvey was our midfield coach 2011 and we were in the bottom four for clearances. He goes we are in the top four. I admit Lenny helps this buuuut we didnt look that great in the midfeld last year so good luck to them and Harvey. He will be back one day just like Max. but for now, he is filth

Mate, what the hell would you expect? He is working his butt of with his players and he shows his emotions? We should be questioning his character if he didnt show emotion when those that he is dedicated to win. You really need to get out more.saintspremiers wrote:Whilst I'm happy Harvs is no longer a coach with us, seeing him do a fist pump in full

Nothwithstanding that Harves is a Club legend, he did leave us at a time when he was badly needed and wanted and he was still contracted. Hardly coped any flak at all. Others weren't so lucky. Just saying....

Harvs is desperately hanging on to his job.
Someone has to be blamed for Buckley's inadequacies.
He sees Evil Eddie fist pumping, so he figures that for job security he had better be seen doing likewise.

watters was likely to come in and clean house, as you would expect. laidley has proved to be a more than adequate replacement. assistants come and go at the behest of the head coach.. no one said a word when kingy left either.SaintPav wrote:Nothwithstanding that Harves is a Club legend, he did leave us at a time when he was badly needed and wanted and he was still contracted.
