I concur Doc. There is no hurry now. A final decision needs to be made and the nitty gritty of the contract details need to be worked through, which will take a few days.

I would think that the Saints will want to make the announcement "a media event," providing exposure for their sponsors.

Yeh have to admit I misjudged the timing of this announcement Eastern...forgive my youthful exuberance ...would have thought it would make sense to have the coach announced before the last trade day so may,be a Sunday announcement ?? Was sure Watters was getting the gig early but with so many mixed leaks I reckon any one of the 3 wouldn't be a shock..just 1 or 2 sleeps hopefully
