I think phil matera and jeff farmer would be the only two exceptions.
I'll give you another exception Neon Leon in 2009.
Davis' numbers in 09, 35 goals from 23 games, Milne's 09 figures 46 goals from 23 games. Says it all.

Should be , but probably won't due to the lack of respect he gets from the media and broader football community.
Thankfully for milney after 10+ years , he is slowly turning this around .
However I would love somebody to rig up a couple of microphones for next weeks game , down the collingwood cheer squads end , so the football world could hear the glowing respect they have for him.

Holder of unacceptable views and other thought crimes.
His forward tackling is inferior to that of Garlett and Betts. Having said that, he's putting forward a very strong case.

You should hear what glowing reverence Mark McClure has for the old tip rat. Nearly guaranteed that if you listen to grandstand today you will hear the phrase "beats up against weaker teams" and something along the lines of "goes missing in finals/big games/" Hmm yes I seem to remember differently in last years finals series Mark! To the tune of 3,2,2,2 including a clutch goal in the last Q of GF#1.mr six o'clock wrote:Should be , but probably won't due to the lack of respect he gets from the media and broader football community.

Don't often disagree with your opinion dcstkfc but horribly wrong here. Milney's workrate the last 18 months or so in this area is second to none of small forwards.dcstkfc wrote:His forward tackling is inferior to that of Garlett and Betts. Having said that, he's putting forward a very strong case.
