Yep he said it himself, was way to unfit to play finals last year...also said he is a realist.

Playing so very well, 12 contested possessions again tonight, 8 tackles, 6 clearances, 4 inside 50's....

and above all 86% efficiency, which shows just how hard he has worked on his kicking doesn't it?

It's spot on actually. Has been given many chances to secure a spot - finally he is playing consistently. He's no Lenny - but he's having a crack, which is all we can ask.

Dangerfield exploded on to the scene at Adelaide after plugging away in the SANFL until he was given a chance, they new as a high draft pick he was the future and played him sparingly until ready.

He may have been just another whipping boy if he played every week. Fans are impatient while most take a few years to come good.

Dangerfield.....did not go to adelaide first year, had soft tissue injuries next couple....has barely played a sanfl game

Armo has barely been injured ...except two knee injuries last year...he played three at sandy and two at stk before the finals....

08 an 09 he barely missed a game....winning the sandy b&f despite playing games with the saints.....

Armitage, like Lynch now was not played because ross wanted a different type of player to play a role......a small fwd, and a defensive fwd, and a utility tagger....none have half the (now evident to some) ability armo has
