Does this sound familiar

Post: # 1005420Post SaintWal »

O h my God, when the siren sounded last week
H anging Out for every word on SEN
W aiting for the all clear of the MRP
H earing all the crap from the Pies
E njoying listening to the likes of Robbo swap his pick from last week
N ights of little sleep waking up at 3.30am with my mind on the game
T alking to all and sundry defending and believing that we can do the job
H oping that this is the year, especially for SaintWal Snr
E xploring every match up and possible shock move
S weaty hands when waiting for Ticketek Monday morning
A moment spare is a moment on Saintsational
I gnoring the bank account, it can wait
N ick, It is your time
T hursday, just ticking off another day till Saturday
S t.Kilda. What a ride it has been. When the bus got going in 2004 who could have possibly predicted where it would go. Ross Lyon, The alamo, team defence, the guys banding together, sadly bar one.

This is our time, time to put the so called experts like Brereton away once and for all. We have seen our club plundered by others, the bully boys of the competition, it is time Saints, time to take the stage and bring it home and become a club that is the envy of others.

I wish beyond all, that when they talk of players of the ilk of Lenny, BJ, Dal, Fish and Joey that there is no question mark, no, "If only he was a premiership player".

Nice one Wal

"The inches we need are everywhere around us. They're in every break in the game. Every minute, every second. On this team we fight for that inch. On this team we tear ourselves and everyone around us to pieces for that inch. We claw with our fingernails for that inch. Because we know when we add up all those inches that's gonna make the f***in' difference between winning and losing! Between living and dying!'
