So how does everyone think he went. Is it the game that really kick starts his career?

Took some lovely strong grabs around the ground and drifted forward for a couple of goals. Not a great impact in the ruck contests, but you would expect that against Cox and Naitanui.

A good solid game from Big Ben. If we get that level of performance week in, week out he'll have done his job.

I liked his game, he was solid and did his share of work, battled hard against a great ruckman in Cox and a rising star in Nik Nat. Did his job well and was very solid

Showed how damaging he can be around the ground ... like Ottens, Gardiner at his best.

Needs to keep developing his ruckwork, but certainly can afford to lose a few hitouts if he marks and kicks goals like that every week.

If he can build on what he showed today he will definately keep Kingy out of the side !!

NEW scarf signature (hopefully with correct spelling) will be here as soon as it arrives !!

I thought he was awesome today.

Which one was Natanui? I've heard a lot about him and was expecting something special.

+2.

Thought he towelled up Sideshow Bob, kicked a coupel of very important goals, took some nice marks and generally is getting better and better.

I like his combo with Gardiner more than King/Gardiner.

Lance or James??

Presented well and showed up when it counted, thought it was his best game to date.

Better game from him, contested well in the middle, took some nice grabs, showed he can kick a goal, plenty of upside, could well be a player, need time.

That's the kind of game that I was hoping from him at the start of the season. Hopefully he takes a lot away from that great performance. Loved his work today, well done Mac.

A step in the right direction.

His best game for the year and he stood up very well in the last quarter.

Neds to use it as a platform to do more...

We've seen the last of King this year, unless Ben gets injured.

A solid performance today and showed Kosi how to take a mark and kick a goal.

Yes I must admit Kosi was very ordinary again especially since he started well. What can they do though?

This thread is about McEvoy, please keep your obsessed hatred toward Kosi out of the thread.

It is tiring you absolute hatred of Kosi.

Really says much more about you than Kosi

Dunno.

You can't drop Kosi - who would replace him?

Pattison is not the answer, although he can play forward.

Kingy won't replace him either.

Great game!

Such a strong mark! One of his real strengths in the under 18's!

Loved it!
