I am barracking for the Pies
Hate to say it - but this week I will be supporting the Pies against the crows and then again against the Cats.
Of course I am barracking much much harder for us against the Dogs/Brions!
I would dearly love to smash them again by 154% on the last Saturday in September and watch ad BJ drives Miss Daisy again - this time into the front row of their cheer squad to sit on Joffa's lap!!!!!

If you have a Bee in your Bonnet - I can assist you with that - but it WILL involve some smacking upside the head!

Would love nothing more than revenging the tragedy that was the 97 GF; but gotta pull you up on the full squad bit as the Crows lost Modra for the big one - the year he won the Coleman Medal and Mark of the Year. We were missing a few handy players no doubt but there were no excuses as we simply should have won it!plumtire wrote:only one thing will do for mine! Adelaide on that last saturday in september with a full squad for each side (unlike '97) and then lets see who is the better side
Graceful, elusive, strong overhead and no Easybeat!
Re: I am barracking for the Pies
Although i understand your logic i would much rather see them go out in straight sets. After all the talk about Collingwood being such a great team and all the focus of us going out in straight sets before the game it would great to see the scum crushed.Sainter_Dad wrote:Hate to say it - but this week I will be supporting the Pies against the crows and then again against the Cats.

I would definitely like to see the Crows win against the Pies.
Any team that is most likely to beat the Cats gets my vote.
The Pies can't beat the Cats from their position now in my opinion.
The Cats are our main threat and to see them get knocked out would be our best chance.
I agree us at full strength vs Crows at full strength in the GF and it's "revenge baby"
I can then destroy the tape of the '97 GF !
