Scanning in Monday
Im thinking of just turning up at least a hour early. But Im thinking it may be wise to buy a GA ticket to be sure. I really cant be bothered giving ticketmaster $5 for no good reason though. What do you think?

So if 60000 people think that way you still think you should be able to get in. It is impossible to guareentee a seat unless you buy one. If you can come up with a way I would love to hear it. By the way it will only cosst about $6 I think.iwantmeseats wrote:Yeah whats up with that?
Im a 17 game member, why the hell should I have to buy a seat for $23.00 ??!
I just want my gaurenteed entry and Ill stand one level 1 FFS! There has to be a way!?

I just booked 9 on line and didnt have a problem. I still dont understand what the AFL or anyone else can do to solve the problem that if more turn up than seats.iwantmeseats wrote:I dont want a bloody seat I just want to get in with my 17 game membership. AFL seem to want to make this either very hard, or not possible at all on line.

isn't it great that the club gives us so much information about ticketing? it's every man woman & child for themselves - they bleat abt the stadium deal, we buy 17 game memberships so Ian Collins doesn't line his blue shite pockets with our hard earned and the club can't even be bothered giving out one smidgeon of info abt the filth (or doggies) arrangements- but if you want to get in the Saints lotto syndicate, plenty of communication - bleedin' disgrace.

ticketing info was from saints site
just a warning - a couple of people have mentioned 17 game memberships- we do only have 16 this year-- 11 home and 5 away.

The whole process is quite unclear.
I have a 16 game membership and will happy to stand on Level 1 like last week because I don't like it on Level 3.
I would prefer to scan my ticket on the night like the original poster rather than having to pay a handling fee to ticketmaster but for the sake of $5.50 or whatever it is I don't think it's worth waiting if there's a possibilty of the game selling out.
However there is no option for members to buy a general admission ticket online. When you put in your barcode it only allows you to buy a reserved seat.
I'll have to go to a ticketmaster agency tomorrow I think and let people know if you can still buy general admin tickets. If anybody else does the same thing before I get a chance, let us know on here.

Well it's all a bit strange.
I called up ticketmaster and they told me that I can't reserve a seat with my AFL membership. That I have to scan in as usual and that there are no reserved seats on level 3.
Seems other people are getting other information.
Piss poor info dissemination IMO
