If you had a dinner party.......?
If you had a dinner party and you were able to invite 3 current saints players and 3 former saints players, who would they be?
Robert Harvey banned for obvious reasons
Mine would be
Darrel Baldock, Carl Ditterich & Tony Lockett
Justin Koschitzke, Raph Clarke & Luke Ball
!!

Lol
Current:
Milney and Bakes purely for the entertainment.
Throw in Lenny as well.
Retired:
Aussie, Frase and Spida cause i rekon they'd all add to the entertainment value and could also provide a fair bit of goss
Plus i'm not much of a cook so perhaps Frase could bring a pizza from his restaurant

Good topic.
Past: Neil Roberts (a character and a different cat with his views)
Allan Jeans (just the aura of the man)
Fraser Gehrig (another different cat - well travelled)
Current: Sam Fisher (good at other sports other than footy)
Steven Baker (entertainment value #1)
Stephen Milne (entertainment value #2)
On the bench:
Grant Thomas (obvious controversial reasons)
Ken Sheldon (how did we miss out on Peter Matera?)
Carl Ditterich (security)
Robbie Muir (target of security)
Nicky Winmar (obvious)
Tony Lockett (greyhound tips, bmx lessons)

I can't see why Nicky would be "obvious"? On the times i've met him he's had bugger all to say. I love him, but he's not much of a conversationalist.SENsaintsational wrote:Good topic.

Old enough to repaint, but young enough to sell
Current:
Dal cos I've spoken to him before. real interesting bloke.
Blake cos he seems like someone I'd get alone with.
Baker cos I reckon he'd just be a great laugh.
Past:
Harvey, He'd be the sentimental favourite.
Hamill. just cos.
Andrew Thompson. again.. just cos.

Former-
Plugger- Just to ask him what was it like to have that army of supporters in his arms each week. Virtually having the weight of the world and expectations on his shoulders and still delivering like no other
Harvs- Just for his comments on Plugger
Loewe- What it was like to play second fiddle to the great man
Current players- meh

Barks......for the quotes..
Rodger.....whats a party without a clown?
Stinger....always handy to have legal representation at a party with Rodger......
Past:
Nanna....for a laugh
Krabb.....for the stories...
Poochmeister......for some controversy.
What a night....
RF: It just doesn't feel the same to me anymore.
B4E: You'e just a no-nothing nuffie, Dodgerflog, back in your Foxhole. Fairdinkum!
RF: When did I say that? What's the point of this dinner?
Teff: Would you like some gravy with your roast, Rodger?
RF: What do you mean? Why would I?
B4E: Please hit the salt shaker to my advantage. BTW, why isn't this dinner being held at the Junction Oval?
B4E: These potatoes are a FAIRDINKUM disgrace. Fairdinkum!
RF: This is a "top 4" meal, Teffers.. just very poorly cooked IMO. Butters should never have sacked your chef, Georgina Tunnelcarnt.
B4E: That bloodsucking parasite. All she did was cook meals and was paid $600k every year... not bad for a chef without any qualifications. Now she has the audacity to sue you for holiday pay. Fairdinkum!
RF: GT's gone, move on.
The lid is off after Round 2! Enjoy the journey, coz you just don't know where we'll end up. Live for today and seize the moment.
