8 contested possessions. 1 Goal.
Please be okay Bally!

Doc Larkins is saying possibly contusion/corkie at the top attachment. But by the sounds of it, it's a full tear.

Flipped over in a marking contest running with the ball. As he does.
Landed on is back and his left leg kicked up with his knee almost touching his nose stetching his hammy 180 degrees.
Don't dwell on the past.
Look to the future.

looks like its been confirmed on 3AW. Hamstring off the bone :*(
I assume thats season ending. Also, will impact preseason in a massive way.
I'm disappointed because noone deserves to play finals more with Banger than Bally.

I hope it isn't this bad, but it sounds like it could be a full tear from the bone, similar to what Jason Cripps did years ago.
If he has done this, his season is 100% over, and will be facing several months on the sidelines...
lets hope its just a partial tear, and he can be back for the finals...

interview over, talked about Bally's courage but not his injury.
It will be confirmed tomorrow of course. No doubt he is on his way to get scans.

Most vicious hamstring I have EVER seen!
Makes me cringe just thinking about it, my heart goes out to Bally
He is one of the few whose presence can't be filled by any other player, we will miss him!

Virtually finished Jason Crips career.
serious? any news on this??
I'm not sure. No! If it is the hamstring off the bone, i'm just preparing people for a potentially long time with no Bally.

Matthew Lloyd tore his hamstring off the bone last season (or perhaps the season before?) and he is fully fit and firing now. Hopefully Bally can recover swiftly and without any hiccups.

i'm not having a go at his courage but im still confused as to why he needed to run into that pack when Kosi was going up. He should've just roved front and centre.
Terrible news....
