Well Fiora is a HUGE suprise...
He lack of application and effort in his last game was pretty dismal.
We all know that he has great ability....had quite good year last year...but would appear to have largely dropped his bundle in his appearances this year.
However Lyon's recent calls have bee pretty good.
Fiora would REALLY REALLY need to show a lot of desperation and high workrate.
Birrs must be wondering though..............................

They're up to something those wily Saints - I don't think I have any idea what it is, but they're up to something.

During this week I've had a slight feeling of confidence, like we might be in with a chance if we happen to have a good night, do everything right and shut down a few of the key Hawks. I've been looking forward to the game because I've been ready to see a good contest.
...unfortunately, today's news seems to have drained most of it away. Surely, surely this has to be Fiora's last chance to prove he can run with the big boys. It seems a bit mind boggling as to how he was chosen over some others.
But, Fiora isn't the team by himself, let's hope he'll come out firing to prove the doubters wrong. C'arn Fiora!

my worry and thoughts exactly!S.A Saint wrote:is anyone else concerned that we have taken out a kkp. i mean kosi will now be rucking with king and only roo will be our target in the 50 and he is going to get triple teamed this week. if Mg was not ready we should have just went for gwilt for schneids. thoughts?
I thought we either bring in MG and have Kosi fwd more or we leave it the same as last week with Allen as a tall target. I'm happy to have Schneider in tho.
The 2 ins are hardly the most intense tackling players either.
Its done now, let's see them blitz it this saturday.
