I rekon he will play as well. It makes Ross look like he's made a huge tough call when all he's done is drop Milne. Huge doubts over Harvey's fitness, if you're going to drop Dal why list him as emergency, why not drop him properly ala Milne. Makes you wonder. Will not be the slightest bit suprised if Dal runs out tomorrow night.
Destiny. It's in our hands.
Harder. Better. Faster. Stronger.

So Ross wants to make a name out of himself for being a shifty prick? Very shallow indeed if thats the case.saintsrus wrote:Sheedy did this for 20 years, dropped them and brought them back in at the last minutemidas_touch wrote:What would be the point of recalling him at the last minute when he has been axed?
Trust the Midas Touch

No way he changes his mind on this one, IMO. He'll bring in Birss or Howard before admitting he was wrong on Dal. How he manages to drop Dal and Milne and keep Joey in the lineup I don't know though. He sent them all to the backline to teach them a lesson. Apparently Joey learned it, the others did not.
Yeah nah pleasing positive

I write this from the sunshine drenched sandy beaches of Kho Samui, I'm here to escape the the pressures and problems at home....unfortunately my inquisitive nature and the availability of the net has enabled me to be reaquainted with the dramas from home.
This Dal saga is a beauty , we are in trouble people, a statement by the coach? pffft.
We have just dropped a player who would step into any side this week.
Emergency??? Just adding insult to the whole charade.
I have said this before in jest...but is our coach some sort of secret weapon devised by the opposition?... I know...I know..I've had a few Pina Colodas and I'm off for a few more...good luck back there in Melb...I may just stay here.

If Dal come in ahead of Birss then four quarter effort isn't what the coach is looking for because we have seen Dal play bits and pieces of games and only work when he wants too not when he has to. Birss may not have the skills or natural fair of a Dal Santo but his work ethic is far more superior and he had a great game last week in the VFL he should be rewarded for such effort.
