I think it might happen. He did win Carlton's B&F last year and he played some decent footy this year as well. I don't want him at St Kilda, but I wouldn't be surprised at all if it happens.

He may be cheap but I wouldn't take him for nothing. It takes up a spot on the list and I'd rather have a 18 or 19 year old unproven kid taken at 75+ in the draft.

Full forwards still need to be able to move and Big Red has never been the quickest about. A bloke named Lockett kicked a few goals coz he was one of the fastest over 20m at the club, Gehrig as we all know was a big rig but was a young tearaway...

Unless you can make a holographic image of a Mars Bar intermittently appear 40m out for Whitnall to run at quickly he ain't movin', he ain't kicking many goals, he ain't comin to the Saints

do we really want another forward with a degenerative knee? i think not, and reading all other posts, it seems like we all agree. fat, slow and would just distract our fitness staff, but who knows we might be seeing L. Whitnall - 2 weeks in 08. i really hope not
