It appears each club is allocated 4 live picks and must use 3.

Hypothetically can you use more if you have list space?

Say every club is finished at #65 can you choose at #66 & #67 if you have list spots available?

Pretty sure you have as many draft picks as list vacancies, if you want to keep spots for SSP or mid season draft players you then pass when you get to the amount you want on your list at that point
