Meanwhile, clubs believe St Kilda is weighing up Box Hill Hawks midfielder and forward Max Hall, who missed Saturday’s match against Brisbane Lions with what the club called a “slight back issue’’. Hall has averaged 23.6 disposals from seven games this season.

If he doesn’t work out we’ll go for Brad King.
Also of note
The Saints had been linked to Old Brighton defender Max Benier, who was added to Sandringham’s list this month and played two VFL games. But he was squeezed out of Sandringham’s team and returned to OB last Saturday, an omission that left him one game short of draft eligibility.

So if we were truly into him - then heads must roll - if Sandy have not selected a player that would have been of interest to St Kilda and denied them the access, I would suggest that the alignment would be at an end.
I suspect the truth of it is we 'had a look' but decided against it - from what I saw he was same same as what we already have.

If you have a Bee in your Bonnet - I can assist you with that - but it WILL involve some smacking upside the head!

What about his twin Ben Hall? Apparently everyone says he is the better Hall.

I think we might go after a player with hyphenated surname. Surely if they test the market then this would stand as high indicator for choosing successfully.

Could be a dodgy side of the "we'll recruit one sandy listed player each year" deal.

Wonder if he's related to Benny...
I swear that I am hearing his music every time we play!
Every week on repeat in my head watching us play
Fumbles, Bonner grubbed kicks, week before 3 OOF going forward…..handballs to stationary players or to a player with opponents right behind them …..just dumb dumb footballers
I reckon he is worth a punt ... 2nd to Soligo in the Eastern Ranges B&F ... though not sure what the knock on him was as to why he didn't get drafted?? Pace??
Is racking some good numbers for Box Hill ... could be a late developer .... as a hard nosed inside mid its would be a welcome addition to an area of need
