I desperately want us to win, but I think the most likely result is Bombers by 3-4 goals. We don't match up well against them: they seem to be able to generate a run through the middle that we struggle to contain. And the absence of Steele just makes that a bit harder.
If we are going to win, we will need to work very hard to stop them opening up a gap on the scoreboard in the early stages, and again after half-time. If we are still in the game by the fourth quarter, we will be in with a chance.
But they're always a tough side for us to beat, and Stringer will represent a particular threat.

Lyon-coached sides alway seem to struggle vs the bombers.
But, this time we have Hayes, Harvey. etc... things are different. And I will credit the win to them.

Im not relying on history for this or any other game this season, new coach (and new RTB) and things look a whole lot different.
I am going to do a Vortex and sit on the fence with this game but only due to our horrid injury list.
As much as i believe in side I fear a loss

They are definitely our bogie team.
I really don't like our chances against them and we also seem to do poorly in high profile matches.
I really hope I am proven wrong and that the boys do us proud but I have a bad feeling about this game.

I'm not taking it one week at a time and only looking at Round 3.
If we win tonight and Sydney lose to Melbourne then we will be on top of the ladder.
Next week we are at home again to Gold Coast and a win is quite probable then .
That would leave us on top of the ladder with a top of the ladder Round 5 match against Collingwood on neutral ground in Adelaide.
A win here is unlikely, but more likely than if we played them at the G.
