What is your ladder for 2023?
Brisbane
Geelong
Richmond
Melbourne
Sydney
Fremantle
Bulldogs
Port Adelaide
—————————-
Collingwood
St Kilda
Carlton
Essendon
Gold Coast
Adelaide
West Coast
Hawthorn
GWS
North Melbourne
I have gone for Brisbane as they have been hovering around the top 4 for a few seasons now, they are bringing in some real talent both young and mature and have the right age/ experience profile.
I think we are anywhere from 7th - 12th but fingers crossed.

Re: What is your ladder for 2023?
Don't care where other teams finish and I'd love to see the odds for getting all 18 in order, if you place a bet before round 1 and get it correct at the end of home and away
1st Definitely Not St Kilda
2nd Ditto (as above)
3rd Ditto (as above)
4th Ditto (as above)
5th Probably Not St Kilda
6th Ditto (as above)
7th If our lucky year is 2023 it could be St Kilda
8th The natives will be happy
9th The natives will be asking questions depending on circumstances
10th Could be St Kilda (natives will NOT be happy)
11th Ditto (as above)
12th Could be St Kilda (Bassatt + Lethlean will be under the pump from members)
13th Better not be St Kilda or lots of egg on face
14th Better not be St Kilda or the media pile on will begin early on Ross Lyon
15th Surely St Kilda can't be that bad
16th Ratten will be pissing himself laughing if we finish down here
17th Ditto as per 17th
18th Another embarrassing chapter added to the history of the most unsuccessful sporting club in the world if we cop the wooden spoon
Guessing we will have a few injuries (hopefully not as many as 2022) and guessing we finish 11th in 2023. If we have a dream run, we could make 7th.
Hoping that the 'culture' change and structures of our football program are showing progress.

Spot on bros
I’m not interested in hanging around bottom half of the 8
I wanna build a war chest that blows the lid off this comp for 5-10 years
Long may you drink long and deep Sainters…
I’m a patient man …
IF we could jag 2 first rounders next year and keep our second (unlikely) in a super draft …lookout

Re: What is your ladder for 2023?
i'll wait to see how much the fixture f...s us before tipping a spot.
who know, with lyon's media contacts now, the afl may go easy on us. hoping we play a bloody game at metricon and only double up against one top four team. pigs may fly.

Who cares about being clever or right....let's everyone just give it the gut feel guess and post it! Did ya see my list? Had to get 113% wanker to create it...and yes that's my no thinking ( yep happens a lot lol) answer from me gut...my testes tried to tell my brain " put Saints in #1".... stupid testacles always getting a brother into trouble.
I love it. It's cool to see the diverse thinking.

Re: What is your ladder for 2023?
They've gotta drop off the cliff at some point. Surely the vast majority of their core start to decline. We've seen several Grand Finalists drop out of the 8 the following year, including two of the last seven premiers.asiu wrote: ↑Mon 28 Nov 2022 4:14pmyes
