A few treasured jumper numbers have now become available
Would like to see
#2 go to Highmore as a nod Spud
#7 to Sherman. Be awesome to see the #7 taking speccies and kicking goals like the great Nicky Winmar.
#17, #24 and #27 up for grabs and wouldn’t be surprised to see #13 vacated.

Re: Changing Jumper Numbers
Perhaps Sharman could take 27 in a nod to former high flying goal kicker George Young?
I thought Howard might have the right of first refusal to number 2, though either would be good.
Could Leo be in place for a 'promotion' too?

Re: Changing Jumper Numbers
Barry Breen no 27 in 1966?
Wouldn't mind particular numbers going to players that have achieved a particular standard in a specific area.
i.e most courageous gets Max's number 8
best clubman Trev's number 1
I guess Long would be strong candidate for Jimmy O'dea's 14 on that basis.
