Yep playing across half back back. Wonder where he would be playing if we kept Hind.

Sandi, but not if we kept playing Hind forward.

Hind is defending really well limiting his direct opponents while providing a lot of run and a fair bit of chaos run off half back. Couldn't you fit them both in there or do you think the two are too small to be in the back half together?

Think there is only room for one of those types.

The stupid thing is St Kilda just wasn't smart enough to realise Hind was a Half Back Flanker, so the problem never arose.

The Saints are under review, will it make any difference to the underachievers ?

Yeah..it’s tempting to react (over react?) to Hind’s success at Essendon by drawing conclusions about St Kilda, and particularly the side of the club called Football Managment or whatever it is called.

Frankly, I caught myself in the act of doing just that. Unfortunately, I can give myself no good reason to stop doing it. :?

You're quite brilliant Shane, yeah..terrific!

Good on him. A credit to his determination and professionalism, has made himself into an excellent footballer.

Can we stop with the Hind garbage. He is a weak squib, soft as butter.
Looks good in a s*** team but will never be a good player in a top 4 side. Toooo soofffttt!! We need some hard edge ffs, not another hill running around getting cheap kicks.

Sinclair has certainly stepped up this year.

He is currently rated elite for:

Contested possessions,
Ground ball gets,
Pressure acts, and
Clearances.

Sinclair has been underrated by many Saint supporters for far too long. Remember a few years ago he was the only Saints player rated by champion data as elite.

Fortunately the selectors have seen it differently to the supporters who so often have called for him to be dropped. I even saw a posting on a supporter site today suggesting his position wasn't safe after last week's game. He was streets ahead as the Saints best player.

He is certainly having a good year but he has shown plenty in the past too.

Good post and a great sense of history. Dropped ? Never.
