No chip. I just want the best person available. She was clearly not. Perhaps it's you that has the chip. I employ three women as consultants because they are clearly amongst the best at what they do within our industry. Thrilled to have them on board because their expertise gives me a commercial advantage over some of my opposition. Opposing the appointment of a woman on the grounds of incompetence, or lack of ability, is not sexist or discriminatory. Peta was not the best candidate. Had the right plumbing. I think it's as big a disgrace as giving "jobs to the boys".
