The sweetener is the free agent part… makes the deal distinctly different to the Lovett situation.

Another year on our listed with zero impact .

My leaning is a hard no, but mainly because I can't stand him. T but on the other hand, he is exactly the player we require. And what I can't stand is more so his profile, as I , like most, don't know him.

De Goey is not going to make up for the talented kids - the 3 or 4 dynamic midfielders and playmakers - that we overlooked in the drafts, who have now become genuine stars.

But, if Hannebery's salary pays for De Goey .. . then, why not?
