I answered his question!!!!!

What you have done is baiting and abuse, so maybe you should think about that!!!!!

I agree with the posters that are saying Bruce should not be recalled after last weekends effort, being thrashed by Liam Jones.
If Roo is rested, that leaves Paddy and Membrey. Maybe it is time to promote Marshall, although he missed last week. Now who do we have for CHB if Carlisle playies CHF?

Acres clutched at his hamstring and gingerly went off in the dying stages of the match against the Swans.
Haven't read anything about his hammy being a problem, maybe it was just cramp. Anyone else notice that from the game?

No but good pick up. Surprised the media missed it, but they are often too self absorbed with themselves

Just looked like cramp to me at the game.

I reckon Bailey Rice has to be close to a game. I think Brucey will be back along with Sav

Well, he's had his week off by all accounts. Will be good to have him back. As I've said, he's important for structure and also, I feel, to the chemistry of the side. Always gives a hard, physical contest.

I'd play him chf, though, with McCartin/Membrey deeper and permitted to lead.

I am not sure which accounts those are but Bruce played last week for Sandy and so did not have a week off.

I know. I said it in the context of him being managed as per tony74's post. You may have missed the irony. ie, two kicks for Sandy equals a week off.

I'm not sure it was even cramp. He turned the ball over and they kicked a goal. Then he reached for his hamstring. It might have just been deflection.

tony74 has since posted it was cramp.................. good enough for me to now accept t74's diagnosis.

I've been known to do that in my younger days... playing amateur footy, to save face after a turnover.
Do a big stretch and get to the next contest quickly and make amends.

Even in my last job in a call centre! an annoying customer who just wouldn't stop talking,
I would hang up on them, they'd ring back and speak to a colleague, who'd come over after and mention they'd just spoken to so-and-so
"Oh, the call dropped out, mobile phones do that sometimes!"

Rooey needed a rest so no problem with that.

The non-inclusion of Bruce is puzzling though. To me the forward line lacks leadership and a hard, experienced edge.

I don't expect that from Paddy yet. He's still struggling to find his feet. Nor Membrey. That's not his go.

I sincerely hope to be proven wrong, but it's as though we've conceded this match already. And if you look at the ladder only miniscule percentage separates the Bulldogs and us. They aren't that flash.

I reckon the Dogs barometer is Libba- he is their main man, not Bont. Worried about our forward line, no real focal point. We need the mids to really get amongst the goals and can't afford to have Jack S tagged out yet again.
