not playing the game is interesting
the healthcare business doesn't stop when incidents like this occur... suicide, murder, tragic death... witnessed some pretty horrific stuff over the years

It is SO sad to see a family suffer such misery, such as the Walsh family must be trying to cope with at this moment. Football is a VERY low priority for us at present. I send my sympathy and empathy to the family of Phil Walsh, and to hell with football for the moment. Let us spend time thinking of those who are suffering loss.

That is ridiculous, to not play the winning team's song. Seriously?
I know that if we win this weekend I will be so happy and that doesn't make me a bad person or disrespectful.
I'm shattered by what has happened but the show goes on
I hope you are taking the piss. Seriously who cares. Some people would complain even if they totally agreed.
Well you are the AFL so you are right.
No I wasn't taking the piss. To have the game finish, players shake hands and walk off would be ridiculous.
After seeing what happened last night after the game that is obviously the reason the winning teams song won't be played and I am fine with that but that to my knowledge was never on a press release. Not complaining for the sake of it at all

We didn't have club songs played after the game for around 90 years. I don't think it hurts to not have them for one round. And I don't think that was planned after the game. Looked like Clarkson organised it with Buckley after the game. Don't know if it will happen again. Hope it does though. Got goose bumps watching it.

I don't want the group player hug repeated again.
It was an awesome gesture but leave it as a one off which makes it's significance greater if that makes sense.

I'm sure it won't be up to you. You do realise that Alan Richardson probably was a colleague of Phillip Walsh, maybe even a mate?saintspremiers wrote:I don't want the group player hug repeated again.

In Springfield, they're eating the dogs. The people that came in, they're eating the cats. They’re eating – they are eating the pets of the people that live there.

If the Swans and Power didn't play on Thursday night I belive the round would have been cancelled.
