So did I - but it didn't work. We still can't score.

To be honest, it worries me that that might be Lyon's answer to it all - play on quickly. If that's it, then we're in big trouble!

But really, that's the only difference I saw this year. It's an important difference, but it didn't work.
What worried me most, is that he didn't seem to be able to accept that the 'two talls' in an open forward line just didn't work for us. Unless Roo was in AA form, it never really did.

It was when we had smalls/medium's in there with mobility and unpredictablilty that we scored easily.

Hopefully they keep it it up over summer, work on their F50 entries and field kicking, and our big guys will be in better fitness to take advantage of (what I believe) was a neccessary tweak to the GP and will hopefully eventuate in a more balanced blend between attack and defence.
Again, that worries me.

No one kicks winning scores from being predictable. Using Kosi and Roo just doesn't work for us.

It's the system that needs to work - not the player themselves. We rely on the player when it comes to our forward line. Which is unusual because every other facet of Lyon's game plan seems to rely on system.

If Lyon stays at the club, and tries to reload with his old game plan and only adds the 'play on every time' thing to it, we're gone. Gone for a long time.

Disagree, but that's OK.
