I agree. Enjoying watching him play and he seems to be everywhere when you watch us play at the moment. Running harder to provide opportunities more than a few others in the team at the moment.evertonfc wrote:Going as hard as anyone right now.
Playing for his life...and is having a really good go. Working harder than 90% of our players.
He's earned his spot.

Gut running dynamo of our side. If Gram ran half as hard of him, we'd be looking at him much more favourably. Never stops running and trying, and the thing that I like is that he plays within his limitations. Rarely tries to attempt a manoeuvre or pass that he's not capable of. Sam Gilbert would be the obvious candidate to take a leaf out of Peake's playbook.
Keep up this sort of form Peakey, you're really earning your spot!

someone is claiming they are partialy responsible

The Renaissance Man. Has recovered a sliding career and is more than carrying his own for the Saints. Word is, not so long ago he met a bloke on a beach who had never met before, they got talking, Peake opened up about his footy and his life, and Peake's season turned around. Can't confirm, but it's believed Essendon, Adelaide, Fremantle and Brisbane have search parties looking for the man.

It is quite a legitimate question Con, even if the answer seems obvious.Con Gorozidis wrote:is this a legitimate question?
hows he going? bloody great guns. simple answer. his last month has been outstanding. showed great character on saturday playing well against the tide and winning his own ball. good on him.
It was raised a couple of weeks back at a time when a few of the younger kids were, quite rightly, being lauded for their efforts.
Peake being an older guy from another club, and one who hadn't previously been able to cement a spot, wasn't being spoken about. Just thought he needed a bit of recognition.
