Yes, there's nothing to be read from who was in what group -- simply who'd played on Saturday and who hadn't.
The 'hadn'ts' did far more work. Very clean and snappy on the whole.
King seemed to be coaching already.
Stanley and Miles looked quick and keen.
Geary looked enthusiastic, but still miskicked lots of passes.
Steven I hardly noticed.
Armo, I was watching closely, hoping he might be an inclusion for Eddy -- but he didn't seem to be showing any massive effort or desperation, just going through the motions. From body language, I wrote him off for Saturday, sadly. Big bandage on the knee still too.
McEvoy lumbered through the routines. (I'm amazed how agile he looks sometimes in a real match. Go Big Mac!!)
The one that impressed me the most was Pattison, with surprising agility and enthusiasm.

I love the body language of Steven and Geary, the always look like they are having a really good time. When I first arrived, they were together with Patto, trying to kick some miracle goals from the boundary where I was standing. Pretty sure not one of them got one through, the unlikely one who did was Steven King, who BTW, seems really good in his mentoring of the younger players.
Watched the kids training, maybe I'm the only one that thought so, but I didn't think Ben's body language was that great? I'm a fan of him, he just seemd to be lagging behind and not the happy. Armitage I thought was really getting into it, led the pack every time they went around, very focused.
Leigh Fisher was out there, handballing at one stage with Gardiner and Raph. Nice to hear the cheer for Gardiner when he came out, he was only handballing, and I did notice one time he didn't want to lean down to pick up a dropped handball.
Lenny was getting a lot of love, which is of course how it should be.
isn't it great that even though a ahole bunch of players will not be picked or some players will not be part of the saints next year or some who are returinging from injury are also out their doing training.
