The club has until 1 December, the day before List Lodgement No3 is due to pre select them as rookies.
But if the club has NOT already agreed to rookie them, they would have wanted to nominate for the National Draft last Tuesday.
If he fails, St Kilda could then still pre-select him but he would have to come back across the threshold that Luke Ball would not.

noticed duncan is in the top 200 draft picks on the afl web site so maybe he will be picked up as rookie by someone?
