How on earth would you know if or how much the playing group respect JB.

From the training sessions Ive seen, and the players Ive spoken to, they all seem to listen intently and carry out his instructions to the tee.

They all speak very highly of him. I think its drawing a long bow to deduce from our performance that they dont respect him.

Regardless of who get the assistant coach gig, we need to recruit better midfielders if we are serious about taking the next few steps up the ladder

I understand why people think Buckley and others would be great, but I personally think we need to keep Harves in some capacity... not for me to decide, but I'd just love to see him doing something with the club.
