Too short and too weak.

However, a reasonable tactic when the opposition is on top is to go man on man rather than leave 10 of their players free.

Mr Ryder needs to let the club, and the supporters, know what he's doing. If he's suffering from depression, he should quit. If he's "homesick" he should grow up. He's 33, not 3.
