I am going to make no judgement on the case itself, just hope all involved have some peace and can move on with their lives as best as can be hoped.

As I said, the Saints legal eagles were all over this, so hopefully, they got it all tidied up, in anticipation of a possible "not guilty" verdict. However, the Law is very, very grey on these matters and "claims" can always be made.

The law Thinline, in relation to the industrial charge of Wrongful Dismissal - nothing to do with the rape verdict. Proving "what was reasonable in the circumstances" and "intent" is not black and white and there will be differing viewpoints on this.

Hopefully, the Saints will have a written Agreement/payout in place on his dismissal, which will block any further court action on this matter.

The club said categorically at the time that the dismissal was unrelated to the criminal investigation, Lovett then agreed to a settlement which would have mentioned this - I can't see anything unclear about this, the two parties have already come to an agreement.

He has signed a settlement deed.

He has no recourse unless he wishes to argue that his lawyer forced him to sign the thing or there was some duress involved.

thats what the stats say. so i agree with u yes. females disapprove of that behaviour from other females.

massive error was day-one she played the "im innocent , i dont drink or swear" card. juries dont like that. once u play that card they think u are a liar.

i reckon he did it - but defence was able to paint her behaviour bad enough that the jury did not sympathise with her position.
