A lot of the lesser lights, except for Butler who was a star, won us that game.

Apparently he’s so good he could pinpoint where he was going to deliver the ball and opted to boundary instead of goal

Because he is a smart footballer. Much easier to get a quick goal from a kick in and Max knew he couldn't kick it. Probably planned so they could set up and defend better. Its a tactic used by teams. Its not the 1980's anymore Joffa.

Butler take a bow BUT Hunter Clark what an amazing last few minutes

We were very very lucky BUT good to be able to gut a win out away from home with so many players down

And breathe .....

Nope - the other was Paton - probably could have taken an extra two steps.

Now need to beat Geelong on Monday night.
I would bring in Geary and Savage for Sinclair and Phillips.

Definitely not, GC made us look slow in there at times tonight and Seb wouldn’t have improved that

i'd say that they looked like they were missing leadership. but then i remembered the freo game where gears and ross were amongst our worst.
lucky we have the likes of butler and steele, and clarke was immense near the end.

You can defend much easier and win the game from a set pocket than from full back given the score and time left. Its a brilliant tactic given the circumstances.
