Ahmed Saad
I just met Ahmed Saad @ Northland - what a lovely young fella!
Not big on pestering public figures as a rule, but wished him luck for a great career with us. He was just charming.

They will not grow old, as those from more northern States grow old.
For them it will always be three-quarter-time, with the scores level
and the wind advantage in the final term.

Was he surprised he was recognized?sainterjo wrote:I just met Ahmed Saad @ Northland - what a lovely young fella!

The Freak
I don't think so - he had a gaggle of gorgeous young Egyptian girls all getting their photos taken with him.
But so friendly and modest.
Here's to a great career with the Saints, Happy!

Well the first thing he has to do as a Saints player is get Northland out of his system. We only shop at Chadstone or Southland.sainterjo wrote:I just met Ahmed Saad @ Northland - what a lovely young fella!

After watching him in the vfl a couple of times last year, I was really pleased to nab Saad. He just has something intangible about him. Milera might end up being the better of the two but I have only seen him from highlight reels, Saad looked good before we even picked him up.
He is one player I'm really hanging to see in the NAB cup, I wouldn't be surprised to see him playing a fair bit of senior footy in his first year.

Exactly. At least it wasn't highpoint (aka "knifepoint")plugger66 wrote:Well the first thing he has to do as a Saints player is get Northland out of his system. We only shop at Chadstone or Southland.sainterjo wrote:I just met Ahmed Saad @ Northland - what a lovely young fella!

Saw cj at chadstone last year, wouldn't have noticed him out of stk gear except for the fact that his Mrs was hot

I don't think so, one was awarded best young player of the VFL, the other was in the SANFL reserves before this year and is probably more a pretty speculative pick-up at this stage… hope they both turn out to be guns though! The Redeemer wrote:Has everyone seemingly forgot there were two players involved in this trade?
