It's not tripe at all, just a suggestion. BM never quotes the poster he responds to and sometimes it's a little confusing. I don't see the harm in giving him a heads up.WindSister wrote:he was replying to uptheboys ... obviously (i woulda thought)
i'm sure you dont need a quote to figure out the tripe i'm replying to.

He never quotes but he did on one thread about a week ago - and I nearly fell over - so he knows how to. Just a bit lazy I guess.Sainternist wrote:It's not tripe at all, just a suggestion. As ex-president Peter Summers said:
“If we are going to be a contender, we may as well plan to win the bloody thing.”
St Kilda - At least we have a Crest!

They wouldn't get us a 4c off fuel voucher from Coles, let alone a draft pick in the top 100.uptheboys wrote:Did they everton say trade bait or did they say we need significant upgrade on them, implying a replacement from the draft thats better. I'm saying we need to find better players and the best way to do this, IMO, is still via the draft, where we really need to find about six AFL-standard players over the next two years. Two of which, probably, have to be elite.
That doesn't automatically make us competitive with GWS, but on a wet day at the MCG in 2021, with a team hell-bent on proving something, you never know.
Clueless and mediocre petty tyrant.
