zthe beauty of a young side is it gives a chance to another young guy to show his talents we know Jack is a beauty and can take the appropriate level of caution in his development. Let's do the right thing by the kid and watch him prosper when he is ready

Are we tanking already? If we are we have left it a bit late.

We didn't expect to win so many games up to this point, which means we have to go the super tank now!

Not tanking just being cautious with an important player for our future.

Don't be surprised if he's back in 2-3 weeks.

They've just said 4-6 to give Jack the time to recover & not put a tight time frame on a return that will have him pushing it.

If he doesn't make it back and we talk about elevation I would go Saad.

I like Holmes but we don't need him at the moment with Longer doing well and Hickey probably frustrated. Holmes would benefit from continued work at VFL level imo.

Saad was rushed back into AFL footy and has copped a bit on here, possibly as a consequence of that. Tough to play at that level after missing so much footy (at any level).

I reckon he can still contribute, and think now might be a good time to give him another crack (after good form in the VFL). Unlucky for Curren who would have otherwise been a likely replacement in the forward half. Minchington behind that.

Obviously Sippos and Marworth will be wanting to get in but probably a few weeks off to get form at VFL level.

I doubt Saad will play AFL football again.
