I was happy with the effort but disappointed with the result.
I doubt that we'll get Darcy Parish.

Everyone else understands it ... maybe thats why u polish a badge.

Yes ?
No.
Possibly.

What was this argument. This is about one loss. Where is the poll saying will 11 straight losses hurt the club? I don't think anyone argued one loss will hurt the club long term. Matter of fact im certain of that.

The hypocrisy from Kos telling us all to answer "simple" questions in the other thread and the clear wimp out in answering this one is laughable, yet predictable
Only Pluggs would argue that loss somehow hurts us long term.... but that's just dogmatic nonsense
Those with half a clue know our biggest game, given where our club is at right now, will be played in Dec...
Gutsy effort , no injuries and some clear weaknesses we need to weed out..., That will take time but if we get the chance to bring the best player in we can then we can correct that

Where's the post demanding 11 straight losses??
If you're gonna make stuff up at least consider all angles....
Boys did us proud last night Pluggs - I was happy with their effort weren't you???

We matched them again, that's enough.
Still gotta get that high end talent in, much prefer pick 4 than pick 6 or 7.
Bang on Dragit
Anyone with half a brain knows we still have some serious flaws list wise to fill - those turn overs tell you many things but they highlight clearly that we desperately need elite ball kicking skills into this line up (think younger Goddard/Dal Santo), IF that was Hawks last night we'd have been murdered!

What sort of question is it? It won't affect my sanity so of course the answer is no.
Do you want us to win next week?

Who said anyone said we demanded 11 straight losses? I didn't so I don't understand your point. And I was extremely happy with their effort last night and have said that a few times today. I wish we had won though. As for your last post I never once suggested one loss would hurt us and again said that in this thread.

Exactly my point...well said dragit. I am assuming we will be able to get Parish with pick 4 but would more than likely miss out if we have pick 6 or 7?
You posted you wanted an inside mid with good kicking skills then post you want Parish. Have you a clue what you are talking about?
SaintPav wrote:Maybe the "tankers" should answer this simple question:
Would they have been disappointed if we won last night?
I'll answer that's easy - of course not what ridiculous question
We'd of course need to make that up later on but given our draw that's completely do able
Now your turn to avoid a question
Did that loss damage our long term future in any way??

I completely understand where you're coming from ....
Great effort last night - loss won't hurt us so meh ... unfazed by it really

Might need to read the whole question, although just selecting a piece of it to hone in on to make another irrelevant, glib little point is probably in keeping with your style
One feels you stretch often ...good for you
Win next week? Meh.... if it happens it happens.... not the priority for mine just as 1 loss this week won't damage us in 3 years time also...
worked out pretty good, we showed that we have developed quicker than Footscray and are a very skilled side (you only had to watch the Carlton Suns comedy show today to highlight that.) and have strengthened our chances of a good pick.

Win Win.
Did you kid see it that way?
My son is smart enough to see it that way.
Thank god the next generation supporter is smarter than the past..

It's a perfectly reasonable question given the way you and several others have been posting.
I don't avoid questions but I try and avoid getting into spats.
