But I don't believe he can train if he has tested positive. He certainly cant play so what is the point of embarrassing the player by making or letting him train if he is going to be banned.

Yep same with Saad. Because they only effect you on game day you aren't banned until the second test. Steroids can effect you long term so you are banned after the first test. The question is though are you banned from only playing or is it both training and playing. If its both then Hickey is fine. If its only playing why the hell is he training.
