Struggling to understand why Schneider on the Rookie List is a good thing.
If they think he can play Senior football he should be on the Senior List and picked each week. On the rookie list he can't play unless there is a long-term injury and probably struggles to justify a spot playing for Sandringham. Could have a young kid there who has development potential.
If he is such a good mentor and bloke to have around give him a part-time development role.

As a major critic of Schneider and one that is regularly miffed at the respect he gets on this forum and how he hasn't been for 2 years... my appreciation comes just from the fact that he's off the main list
