What he did to Kosi was legal at the time. have people seen Voss hit on whoever it was or Magro on another player. 10 times worse but all legal at the time. Glad that stuff has been removed from the game. No courage in doing it but also nothing wrong at the time in doing it. Outside receiver. Yep exactly what we need now.
Voss's shirtfront was on our current coach. I am amazed Richo ever got up.
big difference if someone has the ball or going for it...i said at the time that it was a dog act and that the little @#$%%should have been rubbed out.. the afl actually took a dim view of his actions.....to make certain that such behavior was always going to attract a report..the afl changed the law......
.everybody still loves lenny....and we always will

Quite right. After the Kosi incident the AFL wanted the head protected in with an accidental head clash.
Also changed the laws so you cant run past the ball and clean up a player with their head over the ball like Alan Richardson did when Voss got him. Richo was lucky not to end up a paraplegic with that hit.
The game is better without these type of incidents.
Still in my mind it was an accident. Gia was down for about 30 seconds before he staggered off to the interchange. I don't think he deliberately headbutted Kosi.
Still if it happened today, a minimum four weeks on the sideline. With the fractured skull, maybe a much longer suspension.
Cheap SNIPER
Ruined Kosi's career
No guard of honour for this dirty dog

Tried to perform a regular hip & shoulder… which caused a terrible injury - an accident.
He was a very skillful footballer.
To sensible. better to be illogical.
Once saw Lenny get two weeks for elbowing a bloke in the head as he ran past him.
Lenny must be a dog as well according to the posters above.

Haaa
The dirty dog had two chances in the final few minutes of his last game.
The first was with 3 mins to go from a set shot - a goal would have dragged them back to within a point - but he missed.
THEN
with not much more than a minute of play left and with scores level he had a snap to win the game.
But it went out on the full.
Then GWS got a goal to win the game.
Perfect end to his career.
