For all his noted shortcomings, Flint Jones showed in that first quarter why he gets a game.

When we were in a bit of disarray early on, he steadied the ship through sheer tenacity.

I agree outstanding effort.

its only a few on here that think he is not worth a spot.
commentators see his value - his work rate - he often has to cover a couple of players with 1-2-3rd efforts

Need to do the basics like mark the ball, put some pressure on their ball handlers so that their disposal starts to suffer and the game can turn easily. Right now we still seem to cough it up. I would like to have more one on one footy. If Carton play 2 on Nick get another one down there next to him but we need to contest the midfield without turnovers to allow the team to play a 7 man forward.
