I'd hope the list changes end up being something like this, though I doubt it will happen

Retired: Blake, Koschitzke, Milne

Delisted/traded: Jones, Lever, Milera, Dennis-Lane, Shenton (r), Ferguson (r)

Delist and rookie: Maister

Upgraded: Curren

That leaves 7 spots on the senior list open and 2 on the rookie list. Room for 4 draft picks, 1 pre season draft pick and 2 free agents.

Love you to explain why Curren get upgraded. Still hasnt got a game after nearly 3 years and being a rookie isnt a reason. if he deserved a game he would have had one by now even if he is a rookie. And they arent going to rookie Maister. he stays or goes.

we need a hard-bodied, head over the footy type midfielder to step up next season, so where is Dean Anderson these days?

Blake - agree will retire
Curren (r) - agree 3 years as a rookie not looking good
Dennis-Lane - Safe
Dunell - Safe
Ferguson (r)- Safe
Hayes- Safe will go again unless injury hits
Jones - Safe one day you will be rid off him but not next year
Koschitzke - will retire
Ledger - agree
Lever - prob Safe for the time being
Maister - Safe unless we pick up another forward and Lee comes on early
Milera - Safe unless he request to go home
Milne - prob retire but may not want to go out with the charges against him so might want to go again
Minchington (r) - agree
Ray - may ask for a trade
Schneider - i reckon might be told to retire
Shenton (r) - Agree
Simpkin - Safe but on notice
Staley (r) - agree

This year SS is sponsoring only Jackson and Daniel.
Just on Sam Crocker, he's played entire season in Development Squad for Box Hill. No real surprise that he hasnt been able make step up to Senior VFL football
That's a shame, he was supposed to be able to kick the footy.

Doesn't come easy this AFL footy business, gotta earn it.
Crocker played in the seniors in Box Hill's last game.

Search took me 2 seconds, apart from that I didn't even know he was playing VFL therefore have no idea what the story is.

Hope it is gone Blake Kosi Milne Jones rookies gone Curren Shenton Milera will go home Doubt TDL will be retained.
Have feeling Ledger & Lever are very close to end will depend on FA if they get Mitch Brown and Ferguson may end up at Gws.

You'd think they would have given TDL more than a 1 year contract to attract him in the first place?

I believe Milera has more value than Saad.

Alla bit drastic there.
Retirees about right but I expect Hayes body will mean he makes it four retirees.
Delisted traded: I would think that if the saints are to improve there shouldn't be any room on the list for Jones or Ray. Don't know about Lever, Shenton and Ferguson - would think Ferguson has more chance as he was promoted. Milera looking better and more versatile than Saad at the moment.

Give Ledger and Curren a run in the seniors before making a decision there. Their delisting may depend on who else can be picked up (i.e. N Winmar)
